Nojeem Amodu-Akinjide
Nojeem is een jurist met meer dan 15 jaar ervaring in het ondernemings- en handelsrecht. Hij heeft gewerkt als extern advocaat, juridisch adviseur in-house, en contractenadviseur voor grote internationale oliebedrijven zoals TotalEnergies EP Nigeria Limited, Sterling Oil Exploration en Dangote Industries Limited. Zijn expertise ligt in het uitvoeren van taken als bedrijfssecretaris, het geven van contractadvies, en het verlenen van algemene juridische diensten binnen multiculturele omgevingen.
Hij heeft aanzienlijke vaardigheden in het beheren van juridische contractrisico’s, met name in hoogwaardigheidscontracten voor engineering, inkoop en constructie, waarbij hij gebruikmaakt van standaard sjablonen zoals FIDIC, NEC, BIMCO, AIEN en OGUK.
Nojeem’s juridische kennis wordt verder versterkt door zijn academische connecties met de Universiteit van St. Gallen in Zwitserland en Tilburg University in Nederland. Hij is vloeiend in het Engels en heeft een gemiddeld niveau van beheersing van het Frans.

He has worked as an external solicitor, in-house general legal counsel, and contracts advisor for major international oil companies such as TotalEnergies EP Nigeria Limited, Sterling Oil Exploration, and Dangote Industries Limited. His expertise lies in company secretarial duties, contract advisory, and general legal services within multicultural settings. He has significant skills in managing legal contract risks, especially in high-value contracts for engineering, procurement, and construction using standard templates like FIDIC, NEC, BIMCO, AIEN, and OGUK.
Nojeem’s legal knowledge is also enhanced by his academic affiliations with the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland, and Tilburg University in the Netherlands. He is proficient in English and has an intermediate level of French proficiency.
