Training Content

You want to get the best out of your team. This starts with understanding the unique needs and capabilities of each individual team member. Do you prefer to work closely with people, or do you rather give them the space to tackle challenges independently? Through a unique assessment, you gain insight into your personal leadership style and learn how to adapt it to the competence level of your team members, stimulating their growth and development.

During this training, you will discover how to recognise the extent to which employees are willing and able to contribute. Why do certain tasks drain energy while others provide motivation and fulfilment? You will learn how to use these insights to increase engagement and commitment. This not only has a positive impact on individual performance, independence, and motivation, but also strengthens the overall performance of the team.

Program

Intake
Before the training, you will have a 30-minute intake session. During this conversation, the trainer gains insight into your experience and current situation. The intake also helps clarify your learning objectives and allows the training, where possible, to be aligned with your personal learning needs.
Online preparation
One week before the training, you complete an e-learning module with activating questions and an assessment in the online learning environment of Your Professionals. This assessment provides insight into your personal leadership style preferences.
Classroom modules
The preparation phase is followed by two classroom modules spread over two days. You will gain a clear understanding of what your assessment results mean in practice. The training is highly interactive and, as much as possible, tailored to the learning questions of the participants.
Follow-up
In the final module of the training, the focus is on reflection: What went well in recent weeks, and what could be improved? This approach helps you translate learning into practical, real-life application.

    The Situational Leadership training takes place over two days. With the exception of in-company programmes, the training is held at our location at Rooseveltweg 11C in Almere. After successful completion, you will receive an official certificate of participation.

  • Pricing

    The investment for this training is €1,095 (excl. VAT) per participant for individual registration. For an in-company training, the investment is €5,995 (excl. VAT), with a minimum of 4 participants. These fees include the assessment, a personal intake session, and a catered lunch on the training days.

  • Dates

    Situational Leadership is scheduled regularly throughout the year. We also offer the option to customise this training through an in-company programme. Feel free to contact us to discuss the possibilities.
